• Balance is due upon your arrival.
• Final payment must be made in cash, cashier’s check, or traveler’s checks.

Refund Policy:

Deposits will be 100% refunded or carried forward to the following year in the event of medical emergencies or acts of god. If cancellation occurs within 90 days, Wild Alberta High Country Outfitters reserves the right to retain the deposit or carry it forward to the following year, subject to availability.

Firearms Information:

If you are participating in a rifle hunt, you will need to complete a firearms declaration form to clear your rifle through customs. We will provide this form to you one to two months before your hunt begins, or you may complete it online through the provided link. Please ensure to carefully follow all instructions. There is a $30 processing fee at the border for this form. Additionally, if you have another hunt planned in Alberta in the same year, you are limited to shooting one animal of each species per year.

Entry To Canada:

It is your responsibility to ensure you will not be refused entry into Canada. Refusal of entry by Canada Customs and Immigration does not warrant a refund. Individuals with any criminal charges, including DUIs, may encounter difficulties entering Canada and should address these matters well in advance. We can assist you with this process; please feel free to contact us with any questions. Passports are mandatory for entry into Canada.

Wildlife Identification Number (W.I.N.):

The Wildlife Identification Number (W.I.N.) is a permanent number obtained in advance to expedite the licensing process in Alberta. Return clients who have hunted in Alberta during or after the fall of 1998 will already have this number. WIN numbers will be purchased with licenses upon your arrival.
